If you are exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19, your reservation will be cancelled and/or rescheduled.  Guests will receive a temperature check upon arrival.

 

Hair Salon|Studio Policies

  • UPON ARRIVAL OF APPOINTMENT: Please text 647-219-4046 when you arrive. It's suggested that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your reserved time to find parking and arrive on time.

  • CLIENT-ONLY SERVICE:  All guests must arrive for their appointment on their own unless you are an adult accompanying a minor from the same household. If you are a caregiver assisting an elderly person, you may accompany them into the studio, however, you will not be permitted to remain in the studio during the appointment.

  • Momo's Head Space is an appointment-only Salon|Studio and no walk-ins will be accepted.

  • MASK INFORMATION:  Sola Salons has decided as a unit to move forward with the allowance of mask removal inside the building and throughout any common areas. Therefore you will be seeing some faces of those who have chosen to no longer wear a mask. However, inside Momo's Head Space, masks are continuing to be required until further notice.  Please have your mask on before entering the studio. 

  • JACKETS AND PAYMENT:  Jackets are not to be brought into the Salon|Studio.  There will be hooks available for you by the studio doors for you to hang your coats.  Credit/Debit cards are the only forms of payment available.  (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). NO CASH is kept on hand and change cannot be provided should you choose to use this form of payment.

  • BEVERAGES AND FOOD:  You are welcome to bring in your own beverage in a cup with a covered lid if you wish.  You are also free to bring a small snack with you if needed and desired.

  • HEALTH SURVEY:  You'll be asked to complete a short Covid-19 Health Questionnaire and waiver prior to your appointment.  A link to this survey will be sent to you by e-mail once your appointment is booked as well as in your reminder email.  Please ensure to complete this survey 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Any signs of illness and your appointment will happily be rescheduled for a later date.
