Hair Salon|Studio Policies

  • THERE IS NO WAITING AREA AVAILABLE: Please text 647-219-4046 when you arrive and you will be met at the front entrance once the service area is properly sanitized and it's safe for you to come inside. It's recommended that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your reserved time to find parking and that you relax in your car or outside until you are greeted at the front of the Sola Salons building. Should you be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to re-book your service as there is a tighter schedule due to the new sanitization procedures and we want to remain respectful of all guest's time.  To also be mindful of the increased time constraints, it's asked that once you are inside the studio, you allow our consultation to begin promptly and leave the service time for catching up.

  • CLIENT-ONLY SERVICE:  All guests must arrive for their appointment on their own unless you are an adult accompanying a minor from the same household. If you are a caregiver assisting an elderly person, you may accompany them into the studio, however, you will not be permitted to remain in the studio during the service.

  • Momo's Head Space is an appointment-only Salon|Studio and no walk-ins will be accepted.

  • MASKS ARE MANDATORY:  Please bring your own mask and kindly have it on before entering the building. 

  • JACKETS AND PAYMENT:  Jackets are not to be brought into the Salon|Studio.  There will be hooks available for you to use by the studio doors.  Credit/Debit cards are the only forms of payment available.  (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). NO CASH is kept on hand and change cannot be provided should you choose to use this form of payment.

  • BEVERAGES AND FOOD:  You are welcome to bring in your own beverage in a cup with a covered lid if you wish.  You are also free to bring a small snack with you if needed and desired.

  • HEALTH SURVEY:  You'll be asked to complete a short Covid-19 Health Questionnaire and waiver prior to your appointment.  A link to this survey will be sent to you by e-mail once your appointment is booked as well as in your reminder email.  Please ensure to complete this survey 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Your temperature will be taken once inside the studio.  If you or a member of your household has a high temperature or is ill, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. ​​​​​

  • Any signs of illness and your appointment will be happily rescheduled for a later date.

If you are exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19, your reservation will be cancelled and/or rescheduled.  Guests will receive a temperature check upon arrival.
